PRODUCT STRUCTURE
Mobile Storage Tanks usually adopt vertical circular tank body, the top is standard elliptic or torispherical head,the bottom is standard conical, torispherical or elliptic head ,inner wall of tank body transition section adopts circular arc transition,, no dead corner, easy to clean; Single layer, double layer (tank body and the bottom head is equipped with insulation layer) or jacket type (tank body and the bottom head is equipped with the jacket and insulation layer), It can be customized for customers,tank inner wall are mirror polished, meet the GMP standard.

Mobile Storage Tank is specially designed with brake casters, kickstand or forklift grooves, It is vertical structure or horizontal structure. It also could be designed square, round shape, etc., equipped with mechanical mixers according to customer’s requirements.

Optional Configuration
Sterile air filter, thermometer (digital display type or dial), pressure gauge, sight glasses, sanitary manhole, in-outlet, CIP universal rotating cleaning ball, level gauge, etc., or configured according to customers’ requirements.

Suitable for transport and storage of powder and liquid materials, especially to move, turn over, buffer and cleaning various kinds of liquid materials in the industries of dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, grease, paint, chemical, etc.

Product Features
● Realize flexible mobile, with buffer storage function, and can add mixing, cleaning, heating or cooling function ; reasonable design of the brake wheel, pedal or forklift groove, suitable for raw materials or finished product of mobile, convenient off-line cleaning.
● Could be a single layer tank or jacket form or three layers with insulation, which can be combined according to different requirements; the insulation material is rock wool or polyurethane.
● Capacity is available from 75L to 2,000L, and also could be customized in other capacities as requested.
● With quick chuck interface, inner body is made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, inner surface is mirror-polished Ra≤0.28μm～0.6μm. Outer surface can be polished, brushed, sandblasted or others according to customer requirements.
