Product Description
The equipment is simple in design, well-made, high in production efficiency and durable. It consists of a main body and a hybrid pump gear, which are mounted vertically. The liquid material and the solid matter are separately sucked in through a double-walled pipe to avoid condensing into a block before entering the body portion. The liquid enters the mixer at high speed and creates a vacuum at the center of the rotor and stator to inhale solid material. The solid matter is uniformly sucked through the adjustment of the valve under the hopper. It mixes a variety of solids quickly and evenly without contact with air. The material is dispersed, sheared, and emulsified in the shortest time to narrow the particle size distribution range, thereby a fine long-term stable product is obtained.
