Product introduction
This equipment meets the requirements of China’s “GMP”; and is designed and manufactured in accordance with China’s JB/4735-1997 standards. This equipment is suitable for pharmaceutical industry, food industry, brewing industry, as well as liquid preparation (product) process and various water treatment processes.
- The material is made of 316L or 304 stainless steel, the inner surface is polished, and the roughness(Ra) is less than 0.4pm.
- Optional configurations are: air breathing apparatus, thermometer, steam sterilization port, sanitary inlet, liquid level gauge and liquid level automatic control system, universal rotating CIP cleaning ball, etc.
- Capacity: 30L-30000L.

Product Structure

Working Principle:
- The types of storage tanks include vertical and horizontal; single-wall, double-wall and three-wall insulation storage tanks, etc.
- It has reasonable design, advanced technology, automatic control, and meets the requirements of GMP standards. The tank adopts vertical or horizontal, single-wall or double-wall structure, and can be added with insulation materials as required.
- Normally the storage capacity is 50-15000L. If the storage capacity is more than 20000L, it is recommended to use an outdoor storage tank, and the material is high-quality stainless steel SUS304.
- The storage tank has good thermal insulation performance. The optional accessories and ports for the tank include: agitator, CIP spray ball, manhole, thermometer port, level gauge, aseptic respirator port, sampling port, feed port, discharge port, etc.
