PRODUCT STRUCTURE

It is usually a vertical circular tank, with standard oval upper heads or butterfly upper heads, and standard butterfly bottom heads or oval bottom heads. It is arc transition at the transition section of inner wall, no health dead corners, easy to clean. And it’s mirror polishing for inner wall, in accordance with health requirements. The tank is equipped with mechanical stirring and the structure of pneumatically controlled self-locking slag door.

Optional Configuration
Aseptic air filter, thermometer (digital or dial type), pressure gauge, sight glass, sanitary hole, inlet and outlet holes, CIP swivel cleaning ball, safety valve, etc., or configured according to customer requirements.

Product Features
● The capacity is 500L ~ 5,000L, that can be customized as requested.
● Pneumatically controlled self-locking slag door not only has no leakage, but also guarantees that the slag door will not open automatically under sudden power off or stoppage. It is safe and reliable to use.
●With quick chuck interface, inner body is made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, inner surface is mirror-polished Ra≤0.28μm～0.6μm. Outer surface can be polished, brushed, sandblasted or others according to customer requirements.
